P3S Corporation announces addition of new Executive Vice President
Former president of four Fortune 500 companies joins local top-ranked firm
SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Local federal contracting company P3S Corporation is pleased to announce that Robert “Bob” Veschi has joined them as executive vice president.
Whether advising government and industry, leading organizations within the Fortune 500, or building profitable ventures for himself, Veschi is a doer and catalyst who quickly drives business success. With decades of experience in organizational dynamics, operations and business development, Veschi helps shape P3S Corporation, providing organization guidance, focus, and clear direction.
During his more than 40-year career, Veschi served as president four times for organizations within the Fortune 500 who were acquired, acquiring, or merging during his tenure. As a consummate change agent, each time he was recognized as the “go-to-guy” to drive the integration and re-alignment of the companies. These road-warrior experiences have given him a unique and indispensable expertise that transcends industry and company size and helps clients large and small accelerate their performance.
Prior to officially joining P3S Corporation, Veschi served as president of Nortel Government Solutions, Defense Sector. He joined the company in 2004 to stand-up a Defense-oriented IT solutions organization from scratch. He was responsible for charting the Sector’s strategic direction and small business acquisitions, and grew the business by 20 percent in two years.
Veschi was also president of CDSI Solutions, a $300 million IT services provider. He was appointed to executive vice president of Affiliated Computer Systems (ACS) and ACS Government Solutions when CDSI was purchased by ACS later that year. Under his leadership, the company achieved a 70 percent win rate and annual revenue grew from $300 million to $500 million.
For more than a dozen years, Veschi was also a player at the senior lever of Martin Marietta – now the Lockheed-Martin Corporation – as it transformed into an IT solutions industry leader. He established his track record as program manager for the $750 million Housing and Urban Development program, a contract recognized as the first large outsourcing program awarded by the government.
Before venturing into industry, Veschi spent 30 years as a civil servant with the Department of Defense. P3S Corporation is proud to welcome this giant of both public and private sector performance excellence into its ranks.
