P3S Corporation would like to welcome two great additions to the team
Former Booz Allen Hamilton Partner/SVP joins P3S Corporation
Paul Doolittle joined P3S Corporation in February 2013 as the company’s Vice President. He is an experienced business leader and consultant, and joined P3S after a 24-year career with Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., including as a Partner, Senior Vice President, and Officer. Paul has also worked for Texaco Inc. as a geophysicist engaged in oil and gas exploration/production.
Paul brings proven success during dynamic market cycles and challenging organizational conditions, including operating in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations. He has led large, worldwide defense and civil sector businesses in environment, energy, and infrastructure throughout the U.S., Europe, and Pacific Rim. And he has managed a large regional office of more than 900 staff supporting diverse markets, such as environment, cyber, information operations, and health. He is adept at integrating technical (e.g., science and engineering) and functional (e.g., IT, analytics, and strategy) services to solve complex problems.
Paul holds a BS in Geology from Duke University; an MA in Science, Technology and Public Policy from The George Washington University; and an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a certified Professional Geologist, and a certified Project Management Professional.
Nikki Ganter
P3S Corporation also welcomes Nikki Ganter. A Milwaukee, Wisconsin native, Nikki came to San Antonio to attend St. Mary’s University earning her BBA in Human Resources with a Minor in General Business. She joins P3S Corporation with over 5 years’ of experience in recruiting. She plans to pursue her PHR further her growth in the Human Resources Department.
